From Brief to Operational Control Room
A structured, transparent process — from your first call to the day your team sits down at a fully commissioned control room.

STAGE 1
01. Brief & Discovery
We start with a detailed brief — understanding your operational environment, the number of operators, key systems (SCADA, CCTV, comms), shift patterns, and site constraints. This informs everything that follows.
STAGE 2
02. Concept & Design
Our design team develops concept layouts in Revit and AutoCAD — floor plans, console arrangements, sight-line analysis, and AV system architecture. Rendered in Enscape for client review before any commitment to fabrication.
STAGE 3
03. Specification & Procurement
Once the design is approved, we develop full technical specifications for consoles and AV hardware. All procurement is managed by Oculus Operational Innovations — we supply complete, matched systems, not mixed vendor assemblies.
STAGE 4
04. Fabrication
Consoles are manufactured to specification, with all hardware pre-fitted and pre-cabled where possible. Quality checks against the Revit model at every stage. Delivery is coordinated with site readiness.
STAGE 5
05. Installation & Integration
Our installation teams manage the full site phase — console placement, AV integration, SCADA connection, cable dressing, and system testing. All work is conducted under NEC3 project management with full HSEC compliance documentation.
STAGE 6
06. Commissioning & Handover
Formal commissioning against the agreed specification. Operator familiarisation, as-built documentation, technical documentation, and SLA activation. You receive a fully documented, operational control room — ready for day one.
NEC3 CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Built for State Utilities, Mining & Government Procurement
All projects are managed under NEC3 contract frameworks — Activity Schedule (Option A), cost-reimbursable (Option E), or target cost (Option C).
We understand the full documentation, commissioning, and payment mechanism requirements of major state-owned entities and mining groups, and our project managers are experienced in delivering under these constraints without compromising the programme.
